  • Drain juice from pineapple, add water to make 1 - 1/4 cups.
  • Mix juice with dry Jello and let come to a boil. Let cool.
  • Add buttermilk and Cool Whip. Mix well, add pineapple, nuts and celery.
  • Let set overnight in the refrigerator.
