Great recipe! It was nice to find a recipe that didn't use a stick of butter ;) I didn't have ww pastry flour, so used 1 cup white, 1 cup ww and 1tsp. corn starch. Made the outside nice and crispy. I also beat the egg white seperately and folded them in. This was the first recipe that's made good waffles in my waffle maker. I'm glad it's on the healthier side

I didnt have the right flower (used organic unbleached white) and also was out of reg vanilla so I used 2 tsp. French vanilla.. I am getting the ccrrect flower for the next time. Oh and these are so moist you will almost think there not cooked didnt even need syrup they were sooo good..

These waffles were great! I forgot to grease my waffle maker the first batch and had one big mess. But I got past it and ended up with some wonderful waffles. I didn't get 13 from this recipe though, I only got 10 (including the 2 duds), so I guess it depends on how much water you end up adding to get your desired consistency? I also had a problem with some of the tops not cooking, but I am sure that it is more the waffle maker rather than the recipe itself. Anyway, thanks for a great one!
