Directions

  1. Into a large pot place the chopped onion and glaze in olive oil for a fer minutes.
  2. add the butternut, potato, apple.
  3. stir into onion and let braise for a few minutes.
  4. add curry powder and nutmet and mix into veg mixture.
  5. add chicken stock and milk.
  6. bring to boil and then reduce heat, stirring reguarly.
  7. boil for approximately 20 mins until all vegetables are soft.
  8. Blend into creamy misture and serve.
