Butterscotch and White Chocolate Chip Cookies

ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups chips (1 cup white, one cup butterschotch)
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy, about 4 or 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Combine dry ingredients together and then add to butter mixture. Only mix until combined, too much mixing will ruin the cookies. Stir in chips and bake for 8-10 minutes.

I did half milk chocolate, half white chocolate, and added a tsp of cinnamon. It was very good
