  1. Beat eggs till foamy, stir in flour, sugar, walnuts, and salt.set aside.
  2. Place cocoa powder and butter in pan and cook over low heat, till butter melt, stir mixture well.
  3. Remove from heat and add to egg mixture and blend well.
  4. Spread batter, evenly in a greased 13x9 pan.set aside.
  5. Preheat oven to 350*.
  6. Cream butter with sugar, add eggs and vanilla.beat till well mixed.
  7. Mix in flour, salt and walnuts, spoon over chocolate layer in small mounds.
  8. Spreading evenly as possible.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until brownie begins to pull away from sides of pan.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool.
