  1. butter a 9" square pan -- set aside.
  2. stir sugar, marshmallow cream and butter in a heavy pan -- over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil --
  3. boil 6 minutes.
  4. stirring constantly --
  5. remove from heat, stir in chips till melted.
  6. then toffee bar candy, may not all melt -- completely.
  7. pour out into prepared pan -- and chill till firm.
