Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine flour and powdered sugar in medium bowl.
  3. Cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly.
  4. Press onto bottom and 1" up sides of 13x9 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. In blender place cream cheese, eggs, evaporated milk, granulated sugar, flour, lemon juice, lemon zest cover blend until smooth.
  7. Pour onto crust.
  8. Bake 15 minutes or until set.
  9. Mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla; spread over top.
  10. Return to oven 5 minutes.
  11. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  12. Refrigerate several hours.
  13. Cut into bars.
