Directions

  1. Combine teriyaki sauce, water, garlic and ginger.
  2. Stir in chicken.
  3. Let marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Thread chicken accordion style, on 10-12 inch skewers.
  5. Place on broiler pan.
  6. Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 3 minutes.
  7. Turn and broil 3-4 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink.
  8. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
