  1. fry up the bacon crispy (put off to the side for later).
  2. in the bacon grease add the onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. then add the cabbage and butter cooking over medium heat coverd.
  4. cut the kielbaska into 1/4" thick slices and fry up in a seperate pan.
  5. when the cabbage is soft and about to turn brown on the edges take the bacon and crumble it into the frying pan and stir around
  6. you can mix in the kielbaska or put it on the side.
