  1. I make this all of the time - really great recipe that tastes like cabbage rolls. I add celery and fried bacon to my recipe version - terrific!!!

  2. This was SO easy to make and the taste was not the least bit disappointing. I have attempted to make stuffed cabbage and it has always been a disaster. This casserole gave me the great taste of stuffed cabbage without the hassle! i think my family would eat it 7 days a week. Im not a great cook....but this recipe made me look good. I Really enjoyed this one! :)

  3. Wonderful! I didn't think I would ever have enough patience to try and attempt make actual Stuffed Cabbage; and this recipe tastes exactly like my moms stuffed rolls; but without the fuss! This is a keeper! Wonderful; would give it more stars if I could! I always wanted to make stuffed cabbage rolls like my mom, but never had enough confidence in myself to "stuff, roll & tuck" without making a mess of it. This recipe tastes exactly like my moms rolls, but without the fuss! The only thing I did different was added a bit more rice, about 1 - 2 more Tbsp. This is a keeper!

  4. I MAKE THIS BUT I BROWN THE BEEF (I USE 2 LBS), ADD 1 1/2 TBSP OF WOSTERSHIRE SAUCE, 2 SMALL CANS CAMBELLS HEALTHY REQUEST SOUP A LITTLE H2O, I CAN DICED TOMATOES, 1 OR 1.5 CUPS BRN RICE. SIMMER UNTIL RICE IS SOFT, ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES. I HAD ALREADY CUT UP 1 CABBAGE AND PLACED ON BOTTOM OF CASSEROLE DISH. THEN I POUR BEEF MIXTURE OVER CABBAGE. COOK ABOUT 1 HOUR OR 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES AND WA LA! I HOPE THAT YOU LOVE IT, LIKE WE DO! LINDA TUTTLE

  5. This is named Corned Beef and Cabbage Casserole, yet there's no corned beef in it!

  1. Wonderful flavor! I agree that this tastes great like cabbage roles without the work. We added a 1/2-teaspoon or so of fennel seed and used Italian stewed tomatoes instead of the tomato soup (that's what we had on hand). The whole family thought the flavor was great, gave us that Italian kind of flavor. We will definitely be making this again. Thanks so much for the awesome recipe!

So please forgive!!! I am Married to the same guy for 40 years,I Have 2 beautiful Daughters, who have given me 6 grand and glorious grandchildren. I love to cook,in fact you could call it my favorite hobby My pet peeve is telemarketers,Every time I get busy with my recipe hobby one of them will call and knock me off the web,and of coarse I waste precious time getting back on.I am disabled,so I no longer work, and have plenty of time to pursue my hobby. My best dish I make is Lasagna but thats just because I love lasagna.I am also asked to bring No-Bake cookies at all of our potlucks, and linger-longers at church.Meat loaf is another often requested dish I am asked to bring...... NOT MY meatloaf but .... My husbands. He is as good a cook as I am,He can cook anything I can cook, and I can cook anything he can cook, but some things I make better, and some He makes better...So we do a lot of compromising at our house.
