  1. Place 1/2 cabbage into crockpot, crumble beef over the top sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Evenly sprinkle rice and onion over top.
  3. Top with cabbage and pepper.
  4. Combine spaghetti sauce, water and remaining spices.
  5. Pour over cabbage.
  6. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or until rice is tender.
