My family loved this, a lot! I subed hamburger mixed with a can of tomatoe soup, some chopped onion, and 2 slices of bread with a cup of milk for the stuffing. I am making it for the Christmas pot luck I'm going to! Also I didn't have the Yoshidas so I mixed some teryakki with some heavy cream and congac--great!

Had some fresh cabbage I wanted to use and hamburger, pork sausage and well, this sure fit. I used half heavy whipping cream and milk for the one cup of milk. Used the dough hooks on my electric mixer and this does get "fluffy" after beating for 10 minutes. I did not have the Yoshida gourmet sauce so I used soy sauce. Makes a lot. I froze some for later. Was a really nice change from the "tomatoey" kind. Will make again.

Is there 10 stars? this is seriously about the best thing I have made in ages and I have been making alot of food. This was simple! my kids helped me make them and the taste is amazing, the sauce is so good. I was iffy about my kids eating them but they did! I served these with rice to use up the sauce and this is just so good!!
