"This is always one of my favorites when going to a Mexican restaurant. You can finely chop everything or leave in larger pieces, I've had it both ways and they are both excellent but chopping smaller just makes it easier to fit on your chips"

  • Mix well all ingredients above and let sit in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes to let flavors blend together. Serve with Tortilla Chips. Enjoy.
