- 1 cabbage, finely grated (I use my food processor)
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery & leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 6 bay leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, fresh minced
- salt and black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
directions
- Combine ingredients and cook until all veggies are soft.
