  1. great soup I have made it many times and everyone loves it, even those who hate soup and are not dieting. Scarlettfeather in Ontario

  2. Great soup! Even my picky kids were fans. A hint, if you want to lower the heat a bit, remove the seeds from the jalepeno before you chop it up. Most of the heat is in the seeds. I was out of jalapenos, so I threw in a dash of cayenne pepper, and it was great. Also, used chicken broth instead of the bouillon, as a previous reviewer posted. Thanks for posting!

  3. This soup is easy, economical, low-cal and quite tasty! Thanks for a great recipe!

  4. I have made this soup often. One of my co-workers asks me for it all the time. I replace the 5 chicken bouillon cubes with 2 cans of Low Sodium Chicken Broth because the bouillon cubes are so very high in salt content and they also use hydrogenated oil. Since the broth is adding more liquid I also cut back on the water by 3 or 4 cups.

  5. Really awesome soup if you're on a diet. Its on the spicy side, which is good because it makes you feel more satisfied. I'll definitely make it again
