  • 2 breaded chicken patties, premade (Boxed)
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
  • 4 tablespoons cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Prepare chicken patties according to package directions.
  2. For each sandwich, spread half of dressing and cucumber on one slice of bread, top with heated chicken patty,(this is where I add cheese) add half of bell pepper strips and add second slice of bread.
