- 6 ounces caerphilly cheese
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 5 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 pinch dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh mixed herbs, chopped (try chives, marjoram, parsley)
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- fresh herb, chopped for garnish
Directions
- Slice cheese (do not worry if it crumbles a bit) and tomatoes; arrange on individual plates.
- Whisk together oil, yogurt, mustard, herbs; season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon yogurt dressing over cheese and tomatoes; garnish with additional fresh herbs.
