- 4 ounces anchovies, drained
- 1⁄2 lemon
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 -2 dash cayenne
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup crouton
- 2 bunches romaine lettuce
- 1 egg
directions
- Rub the bottom third of a wooden bowl with a garlic clove; add anchovies and mash until they are a paste. Add egg and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Mince garlic cloves and add along with Worcestershire,salt, mustard, red pepper, olive oil, and parmesan and stir well.

<p>Wow. need to update this! Not doing the daycare anymore. Had to have surgery on both my feet for corrections and had to give up the kids. That was a few yrs ago. Now I'm taking care of Mom whose in assisted living since Dad died 2 yrs ago.</p>
<p>Still love southern food; Italian food; have several bbq's in the summer and they go on into the wee hrs of the morning.</p>
