  • Rub the bottom third of a wooden bowl with a garlic clove; add anchovies and mash until they are a paste. Add egg and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Mince garlic cloves and add along with Worcestershire,salt, mustard, red pepper, olive oil, and parmesan and stir well.

Collect old cookbooks and actually use some of the recipes too!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>5/7/2010</p> <p>Wow.&nbsp; need to update this!&nbsp; Not doing the daycare anymore.&nbsp; Had to have surgery on both my feet for corrections and had to give up the kids.&nbsp; That was a few yrs ago.&nbsp; Now I'm taking care of Mom whose in assisted living since Dad died&nbsp; 2 yrs ago.</p> <p>Still love southern food; Italian food; have several bbq's in the summer and they go on into the wee hrs of the morning.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
