- 1 small garlic clove
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise, Hellman's
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- 1 tablespoon cold water
directions
- crush garlic into a 2 cup glass jar with a lid.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and shake well.

This is a fantastic recipe!! I had all of the ingredients on hand and it whisked together in a flash. I did omit the salt, and added a sprinkle of salt and black pepper to the tops of our salads. If you are not fond of a strong lemon flavor, I would cut back a bit on the lemon juice--I used the entire amount and was quite happy with the tartness. Dona, thank you so much for sharing your recipe! It is a keeper!!!

We love to visit Costa Rica. This is a picture of my whole family over spring break.I'm the big momma in the back. We went to Costa Rica and had such a great trip. We are now importing Costa Rica coffee. <br />I enjoy baking with my granddaughters. We like to make cookies and cupcakes.
