  1. Bring water to a boil in a 4 quart dutch oven.
  2. Add tortelllini and asparagus and cook for 4 minutes, drain; rinse in cold water, and drain. Set aside.
  3. Place lettuce, tortellini, and asparagus in a large bowl; add dressing, tossing gently. Add parmesan and croutons. Serve.
