Directions

  1. Place your warmed up tortilla on a paper towel (I like to warm mine up in a pan for a minute or two).
  2. Spread the dressing around the tortilla.
  3. Put the lettuce in the middle.
  4. Sprinkle on the croutons & the cheese & the parsley if using.
  5. Fold in the sides, then fold the top of the tortilla over tucking everything inside. Press down firmly to hold together.
  6. Dig in!
