Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9" X 9" cake pan with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. Combine margarine, sour cream and egg in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in coffee and Splenda.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
  5. Mix gently to combine.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  7. Spread batter into pan and bake for 20-22 minutes.
  8. Place pan on wire rack to cool.
