  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter.
  2. Add the cayenne, black pepper, salt, red pepper, paprika, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Cook until bubbly.
  4. Add the shrimp and coat with the butter mixture.
  5. Cook 1 minute.
  6. Add the beer and shrimp stock and cook for 2 - 4 minutes.
  7. Mix the lemon juice and cornstarch.
  8. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken and cook for 1 minute more.
