Cajun Burgers

"This recipe was sent in to Taste Of Home magazine by Julie Culbertson of Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Store bought Cajun seasoning can be used it you prefer not to make your own."

  • Combine all seasoning blend ingredients in a small bowl or resealable plastic bag. Mix well. In a bowl combine the first seven burger ingredients; add beef and mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Grill over medium-hot heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until meat is no longer pink.
  • Serve on buns. You can top with sauteed onions if you choose.
  • Store remaining seasoning blend in an airtight container.

  1. tasty! we enjoyed this last week while watching football! i put the cajun seasoning in the burger and also sprinkled both sides of the burger with the seasoning (i just like that extra crust). we also topped the burgers with sliced roasted green chiles and melted some white sharp cheddar over them before we inhaled them! served with some old bay baked fries and pickle spears!
