  1. Used Penne pasta instead. Excellent. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

  2. This was a very good recipe. I used additional cajun seasoning, because I like my food spicy. I did not add cornstarch, as the pasta thickened the sauce when mixed together. I will definately make this again.

  3. This is an excellent meal! I substituted milk and a bit of cornstarch dissolved to thicken it.Wonderful!

  4. WOW! This recipe was very easy and looked as good as it tasted! I mixed some crushed garlic w/the chicken and cajun seasoning (I was afraid it would be too salty so I used 1 t cajun seasoning, 1/2 t paprika and 1/2 t cayenne). I also used a whole red bell pepper and a 1/2 a red onion along w/the green pepper. I had fresh basil so I used that as well. I only needed 3/4 C of the heavy cream, then I mixed the pasta in w/some shredded parmesan to thicken up the sauce. Excellent!

  5. The taste of this dish was excellent. It is really not at all hard to make. Everyone that I have made it for loves it. I am making it again today and I am going to add some fresh diced tomato. Thanks!
