- 1 cup red wine
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons emeril's original spice essence
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- flank steak
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a freezer bag.
- Close freezer and mix ingredients well by squeezing bag.
- Flank steak can then be put in bag and put into freezer.
- Thaw in fridge for 24 hours before cooking.
- Grill or broil 7-8 minutes on each side.
