  1. Put butter in a large soup pan and melt.
  2. Add onions, keep stirring until onions start to become clear.
  3. Add the garlic, stir for 5 more minutes.
  4. Add the sherry, stir it in.
  5. Add all of the beef broth and the soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  6. While boiling add all the other ingredients.
  7. Turn the heat down and simmer for about 10 min.
  8. Salt or add more creol seasoning to taste.
  9. Nom nom nom.
