Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 (13 3/4 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 large red peppers (or combination of all 3) or 1 large green peppers (or combination of all 3) or 1 large yellow pepper, sliced into thin strips (or combination of all 3)
  • 1 12-2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 14 teaspoon paprika
  • 14 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 12 cups Minute Rice

Directions

  1. Cook onion in oil till tender but still opaque.
  2. Add broth, pepper strips and seasonings.
  3. Bring to a rolling boil; stir in rice.
  4. Cover and remove from the heat.
  5. Let set for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff with a fork.
