  • 1 12 teaspoons cajun seasoning or 1 12 teaspoons creole seasoning or 1 12 teaspoons chili powder
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
  • 2 cups lightly dry roasted salted peanuts

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir in seasoning and cayenne.
  3. Add peanuts to skillet; cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
