  1. Cut calamondins in half. Seed.
  2. Cover with water in a pot.
  3. Cook until fruit is soft.
  4. Cover and let stand overnight in fridge.
  5. Add sugar and mix.
  6. Add lemon juice and peppers.
  7. Bring to a boil. Boil 15 minutes, stirring constantly. MAX 20 minutes!
  8. Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars.
