  • Place bread on work surface. Lightly spread one side of all slices with dressing.
  • Layer 3 slices of toast with egg, bacon, blue cheese crumbles and lettuce leaves.
  • Top with another 3 slices of toast, then layer with tomato, avocado and turkey.
  • Top with remaining toast, cut sandwiches in halves or quarters. Secure sandwiches with toothpicks.

  1. Really nice combination of ingredients. VERY filling and has everything but the kitchen sink LOL We did have this with Olive Garden Copycat Zuppa Toscana (<a href="/38298">Olive Garden Copycat Zuppa Toscana</a>) and they went great together! I will be making these again!

I'm married to the love of my life and my high school sweetheart. (Corny, but true..)We have 4 children and everyday is an adventure, for sure. My love for cooking came from my childhood. My grandma made the best huge southern meals without any recipes at all, most of her ingredients coming from her garden. I loved watching her cook. Organic foods are a must and I try to add them to whatever I make for my family. I enjoy going to our local farmers market and making something out of what I've found that day.
