California Plum Crisp

"This is different than any other plum crisps I found on Zaar because it's made with honey as well as white and brown sugars. I got it from a local 4-H cookbook, although I adapted it to make it dairy-free."

  1. One of the best crisp recipes ever! I used Land O Lakes soft baking butter blend, and added some apples as I didn't have enought plums. The crust is outstanding. I can't wait to make this with all plums. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

  2. This was the best plum crisp I've ever made. I loved the addition of the honey. I didn't have any custard cups, so I just baked it in a casserole dish. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I'm a real estate agent in the lovely city of Rochester, New York. That's not what I expected to do with my life. I got my bachelor's in psychology, my masters in literacy education, and I taught high school special education for two years. Then I discovered that helping people find the homes of their dreams was my real passion. I've been doing it for over two years now and still absolutely love my career. Other than that, I have a very spoiled Border Collie mix named Bear that I adopted from a local shelter in spring '08. He's gorgeous and fun and brings me great joy. Now if only I could find a man like that... LOL!
