directions

  • HEAT oil in skillet.
  • Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • Remove chicken.
  • ADD soup, water, paprika and pepper; stir.
  • Heat to a boil.
  • STIR in rice and broccoli.
  • Top with chicken.
  • Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper.
  • Cover and cook over low heat 5 minute.
  • or until done.

  1. My mother-law use to make this . Canned soup! Rather make it from scratch. No canned soup or minute rice. Brown rice is good with this . More liquid needed.
     
  2. really easy. I listened to others and added a few spices salt,pepper,and garlic powder. I also cubed the chicken to stretch it a little farther.
     
  3. Great. Chicken needs seasoning or flavored before cooking but otherwise this was a perfect quick meal! My kids loved it
     
  4. This was quick and easy, but a little bland. I definitely recommend lightly salting the chicken before browning. We topped our meal with some Parmesan cheese to add more flavor.
     
  5. This was so flavorless. Waste of food. I tried to flavor it up with some chicken stock but it was pretty bland
