Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed beef consomme
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 ounces cooked roast beef, sliced (or roasted or deli beef)
  • 4 round sandwich rolls, split
  • prepared horseradish (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat consomme and water, bringing to a boil. Add beef and heat through.
  2. Serve in rolls with remaining consomme mixture for dipping. Serve with horse-radish if desired.
