  1. I loved the flavor and texture of this delicious bacon. It was a quick and easy recipe to make with ingredients always found in my kitchen. I will be enjoying this again and again. I made exactly as written but did cook the bacon for an extra 15 minutes. It never did completely crisp up...but with this much flavor who cares. It made an absolutely lovely bacon sandwich, flavorful with a nice tender texture. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us.

  2. I gave this recipe 4 stars. My future hubby and I really enjoyed this bacon. My 5 yr old newphew thought this was ok. I made a few changes to this recipe. I cut the recipe in half and I used Splenda brown sugar. I didn't have a broiler pan handy so I baked my bacon on a cookie sheet then drained it on paper towels. Over all this was so good! Thanks for posting a yummy recipe. Christine (internetnut)

  3. Made for Photo Tag. I gave it 4 stars only because I loved the flavour but I was'nt crazy about the texture...I cooked it for 25 minutes...maybe I should have cooked it at a higher temperature or else its the type of bacon I used.I will do them again with regular thin cut bacon and maybe it will crisp up more. The bacon was cooked but not crispy and I was afraid to cook it long as the ends looked a bit well done.I loved the flavour in my Toasted Mater sammich tho!
