  1. This was fun to make and great to eat! I doubled the recipe because it was worried it wouldn't be enough (like chef juniperwoman did) but I think I added a little too much milk as my hubby said it was too thin. Definitely tastes alot like Chicken pot pie (as Chef #548189 said) I think when I make it again I'll add what Chef I luv food did so it has a little more flavor (per hubby, again) Thanks for a great recipe. Made for PAC '10.

  2. I made this tonight but only made a few changes....I added onion powder, paprika and fresh thyme. It was Delicious! Definately a keeper! Thanks for posting!

  3. This was delicious! I was concerned that the soup mixture wouldn't be enough for the chicken and veggies but it was perfect. The husband said it was very good, and that doesn't happen very often. Thanks for posting. This one is a keeper.

  4. I made some changes so that I would have a bigger batch. I used about 1 cup of chicken (all I had), about 1/4 cup milk and 2/3 cup water, 2 cans of soup, and waaaaaaay more vegetables. It was delicious, and I will make it again and again! Thank you so much for posting such easy comfort food.

  5. This was so wonderful!! I loved it so much! I did use my own homemade biscuits with it though instead of buying store ones. I will for sure make it again. Tastes alot like Chicken pot pie. Yummy!

I live in Virginia, but have lived in NJ, MA, and MD, too. I stay at home with my 16 month old daughter, which is a job in and of itself. I'm hardworking, trustworthy and honest, a proud mama, strong and loving wife, exceptional daughter, outstanding sister, loyal friend, and top chef wanna-be. I do what I do the best way I know how. I learned how to cook from my dad at an early age. It was just something I picked up and kept on doing. My favorite cook-book would be the Better Homes and Gardens Bridal Cook Book. It's got great pictures, easy directions, and lots of other useful information regarding wine selection, knife care, and such.
