I have written a cookbook "Bangers n'Mash" containing family recipes from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales dating back to the 1920's. I love cooking mainly basic dishes. I really appreciate Curry, Chilly and seafood meals. Now retired, I like to travel, and experiment with other cooks recipes. Bon Apetite!
