  1. In 12" skillet, melt butter, add mushrooms, ham, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir, cook until vegetables are done. Pour over bread cubes and add the beaten eggs.
  2. Mix ingredients together so that egg and vegetable mixture coat bread.
  3. Bake at 350 until bread begins to brown and dressing is warm throughout.
