Tasty but too sweet. Also the ice made the honey thicken. -
Really good, but too sweet for me. I halved the honey and it was still too sweet. I'll try it again using only a half T. of honey. Love the simplicity and sweet/tart thing going on.Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Gotta love it when you can make a nice cocktail from ingredients you have on hand. I'm actually enjoying this heated instead of iced, since my honey wasn't really runny enough to stir into the rum. Kind of like drinking a hot toddy, but the rum gives it a completely different flavor. Although I think I prefer rum with lime to rum with lemon; this is good, and I'd certainly not turn it down if offered again. Made for ZWT9

I don't like to cook things that require going to specialized grocery stores. I subscribe to several cooking magazines, that usually, require everyday on-hand ingredients. <br /><br />I am not very fond of most seafood, but do enjoy lobster, grilled shrimp and chilean sea bass. I won't cook anything with rosemary or curry, as I really don't like either herbs' flavor. And now from trying recipes, I found that I don't like dijon mustard, but love vinegar and mustard, not sure why I don't like the taste of dijon mustard.</p>
