  1. Place marshmallow creme and kisses in a large bowl, set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, milk and butter in a pan.
  3. Boil mixture to a high point and let boil 8 minutes, until soft boil stage.
  4. Pour over marshmallow creme and kisses, blending well.
  5. Add pecans and mix.
  6. Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper.
