  1. In a bowl, combine the dry cake mix, eggs, and oil.
  2. With floured hands, press 2/3 of the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Set remaining cake mixture aside.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk, chocolate chips and butter.
  5. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 45 seconds; stir.
  6. Microwave 45-60 seconds longer or until chips and butter are melted; stir until smooth.
  7. Pour over crust.
  8. Drop teaspoons of remaining cake mixture over top.
  9. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Cool before cutting.
