Directions

  1. Combine rice, oregano and pepper in 1 1/2 qt greased casserole.
  2. Stir tomato juice and water into rice.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, onion and tuna.
  4. Mix soup, milk, and cheese.
  5. Heat until smooth.
  6. Pour over tuna.
  7. Top with potato chip crumbs.
  8. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes.
