- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 425 g caramel apple dip
- 100 -200 g Skor English toffee bits
- apple, wedges
directions
- blend cream cheese and brown sugar.
- Spread on flat serving dish.
- Microwave caramel dip to soften and spread over cream cheese mixture.
- Just before serving sprinkle Skor bits on top.
- Serve with apple wedges.
