Directions

  1. Place caramels and cream in double boiler to melt.
  2. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Put 3/4 batter in pan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  5. Let crust and caramel cool.
  6. Pour the caramel mixture over crust.
  7. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  8. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over the filling.
  9. Bake 10 minutes longer.
