  • Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.
  • Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in large bowl.
  • Stir for 50 strokes with a spoon and spread in greased pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Heat the caramels and condensed milk in a saucepan.
  • Stir consistently until the caramels melt.
  • Mix in the pecans and the chocolate chips until the chips melt.
  • Spread over cooled brownies.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
