ingredients

  • 2 ounces Amarula cream liqueur
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces butterscotch schnapps (Buttershots)
  • 1 teaspoon caramel syrup, to garnish
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup, to garnish
  • cinnamon-sugar mixture, to garnish

directions

  • Coat the rim of two chilled martini glasses with caramel dip into cinnamon and sugar mixture then drizzle the caramel and chocolate inside the glass.
  • In a shaker add the first 3 ingredients with a 12 of ice cubes. Give a really good shake.
  • Pour into prepared glasses with or without ice.
  • Enjoy!

  1. This was very strong for me at first, but I managed! LOL! ;) Next time I think I'll only add just 1 oz. vodka. But I LOVED the cinnamon-sugared rim!! Overall, very good!!! :)

I'm sorry to say I did not have any chocolate syrup to garnish this with and was too tired to make my drink pretty and fancy with caramel rim (cooked a big dinner) :{...But my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this as an after dinner drink tonight! She asked for another as a matter of fact! Made while travelling through africa with the Babes on the ZWT4.
