Caramel Fruit Dip
"I had a recipe for this that I used to make when I was first married, but couldn't find it anymore so, I came up with this alternative. It's very simple, but very tasty in my opinion! Hope you like it, too!"

1 cup dip
ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and beat until smooth.
- Use as a dip for your favorite fruit (apples are my favorite in this).
- Enjoy!

Delicious dip and I love that it only uses 3 ingredients. Served with apple slices per your suggestion. This one is a real keeper in my book! YUM!!
