  1. We love this caramel corn! It's even better with toasted pecans...thanks for posting!

  2. This recipe is for a novice who has never made caramel popcorn before! It is absolutely blue ribbon perfect! There are 6 teenagers inhaling it as I write! I will put this in my "Best of Zaar so far" cookbook! Thanks for making me look good! KCShell

  3. I love this recipe! I have used it for maybe 15 years, and have never had it come out wrong. If you don't seal it up for storage, it tends to get sticky (which is how I like it)You DO have to make sure your microwave is big enough to handle the amoint of popcorn you're using. LOL. Thanks for posting this, its AWESOME!

I really enjoy cooking and I collect cook books for a hobby. I live in Trussville Alabama (a few miles north of Birmingham) and have been retired for a year. I turned 67 last November and spend a good deal of my time trying new recipes for my family. My favorite foods are anything spicy like Mexican cuisine and Italian. The one thing I don't like is mushrooms but can eat them if they are chopped up fine and I can't see them. I really love Recipezaar and love looking at all the recipes. I will be sending some of my favorite recipes for you to look at soon. Have a great day. Margaret
