Caramel Rice Crisp Crunch Bars

  • 1 (14 ounce) package caramels
  • 14 cup milk
  • 4 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

directions

  • Unwrap all the caramels and put into a large saucepan.
  • Add the milk and cook on low heat until caramels melt, stirring often.
  • Remove from heat and stir in cereal and peanuts.
  • Spoon into buttered 8-inch square pan.
  • Let cool completely in pan on a wire rack, then cut into squares.
