Saw this recipe, went immediately to the garden, pulled a young cabbage and some onions and was set to make this delicious wonderful tasty cabbage treat. I had a small cabbage so I was able to cut down on the ingredients but the taste was outstanding and truly yummy. I used skim milk (1/4 cup) and 1 egg with 1 tablespoon of butter. Mixed this up, baked for 30 minutes and added a bit of bacon bits to the top just for presentation. Love this Parsley! Thank you! Made for *ZWT4* June 2008.

This is an outstanding cabbage dish. Since I did not have enough regular cabbage, napa cabbage was also used. After baking half way through, I added extra egg in the center so that it can be half cooked and that worked out really well. The taste of this dish is very mild and it goes really well with assertive main dish.
